General Provisions

jayabajibd is an online casino and betting platform that provides various entertainment services to users in Bangladesh, including sports betting, casino games, slots, fishing games and card games.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all services, products and content on the jayabajibd platform. In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines also apply.

By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Rule

Each user may open only one jayabajibd account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected (using the same IP, device, bank account or mobile number), all accounts may be suspended and bonuses will be cancelled.

3.2 Providing Accurate Information

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. This includes: full name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile number and correct payment method details. If any information changes later, you must notify jayabajibd support immediately.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (password, PIN) confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the support team immediately.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jayabajibd may request the necessary documents for identity verification at any time. If the requested documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

jayabajibd supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200 (two hundred taka).

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000 (one thousand taka).
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment account registered in your own name.
• After successful verification, withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — after the wagering requirement is met, the bonus balance is transferred to the main balance.

4.3 Third-Party Payments

Depositing or withdrawing on behalf of someone else or through a third-party account is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the account will be closed.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jayabajibd offers new members a 120% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,200 → Total Balance ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳10,000 → Bonus ৳5,000 → Total Balance ৳15,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x) the bonus amount. This means if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place bets of at least ৳12,000 before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — any unused bonus will be cancelled after expiry.
• One promotion cannot be used together with another promotion unless explicitly permitted.
• Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• jayabajibd reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion.

5.4 VIP Cashback Program

Regular members have the opportunity to receive weekly cashback under our VIP program. There are four VIP tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.4%; Gold — up to 0.6%; and Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is incorrectly accepted due to a technical error, jayabajibd reserves the right to cancel it. For casino games, the software-determined result is final.

6.2 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket, football and other sports events, the specific rules of each market apply. If an event is cancelled or suspended, bets will be settled according to jayabajibd's service policy.

6.3 System Errors

jayabajibd reserves the right to cancel or review any transaction resulting from a software or server error. jayabajibd is not obligated to pay out abnormal winnings caused by technical issues.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jayabajibd platform:

• Attempting unauthorised access to or modification of the platform's software, database or network.
• Playing using bots, scripts, automation tools or artificial intelligence.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Abusing bonus benefits or operating multiple accounts to exploit the system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Harassing, threatening or deceiving other users.
• Infringing on jayabajibd's copyright, trademark or intellectual property.
• Using offensive or abusive language against the platform.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by jayabajibd

jayabajibd may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any provision of these Terms.
• In the event of providing false or misleading information.
• In the event of suspicious financial transactions or fraudulent activity.
• In the event of failure to complete identity verification.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

8.2 Account Closure by User

If you wish to close your account at any time, please contact the support team. Any verifiable balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed. Self-exclusion requests will always be honoured.

Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises between jayabajibd and a user, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through discussion. Any complaint relating to a dispute must be submitted in writing to our support team.

13.1 Complaints Procedure

To raise a complaint, please submit detailed information by email including the date and time of the specific incident, details of the relevant game or transaction, and the reason for the complaint. The support team will review it and respond within a reasonable time.

13.2 Final Decision

In disputes relating to gaming outcomes, server logs and software records will be considered the final evidence. The decision of jayabajibd's management is final and binding.
